Business groups are an important part of our regional ecosystem however funding sources for their activities, and for the information of their members, are often hard to find. Craig Hunter shared some insights into how Grant Guru can be used strategically and collaboratively to source relevant funding. He recommends planning a year ahead to match priority projects with grants and reminded us that collaborative applications are always looked upon more favourably.
The good news is that many councils already have a subscription to Grant Guru and make this available to local businesses.
